About Alex

Alex Green Kerby is a Grand Prix show jumper and former 4* eventer. She is a Knoxville native who started riding as a teenager with her dad on their family farm. Alex debuted at the Advanced level of eventing at 18 years old and had hundreds of successful FEI runs in the decade she focused on eventing. She is a partner with Carol Gee and Fernhill Sport Horses in Kilkenny, Ireland, where she learned the craft and skill set required to produce and showcase talented horses of all ages and levels. With hundreds of horses having come through the stables, Alex has shifted her focus to top-level show jumping and has already had lots of successes including top ten finishes at the 1.55m National Standard Grand Prixs at WEC Ocala, HITS Post Time, and Brownland Farm. She has produced young horses jumping in the 5, 6, & 7 year old age classes for eventing and now show jumping as well. She continues to source and sell talented sport horses through her continued partnerships and Equisales International; a business founded by herself and event riders Lee Maher and Chris Talley. Alex holds a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Tennessee. She has made it her passion to get the best out of each horse and help riders see themselves to their highest potential.
